What data do we collect?

When you have subscribed to our newsletter, filled in a contact form, made requests for any of our products and/or services, you will be asked to enter your data. We only process data that you provide to us yourself. This may include the following data:

  • e-mail address
  • phone number

  • residence
  • Chamber of Commerce number
  • VAT number

For what purpose do we use your personal data?

Data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  • We use your first name, surname and e-mail address to send commercial newsletters via MailChimp. We only do this with the data obtained from your newsletter subscription, not with data received through our contact forms or e-mail. Deleting your data is done after you unsubscribe using the management function found at the bottom of each newsletter.
  • Your first name, surname, address details, e-mail address and telephone number that you enter in a request for quotation and contact form are used to provide a quotation and/or reply to the contact request. These come in via our mail. After 3 years, your data will be deleted.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or filled in a contact form and do not wish to receive e-mail from us in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the e-mail or by contacting us.
Your e-mail address will then immediately be removed from our file and will not be retained.

Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes through Microsoft's servers.
