Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints<\/strong><br \/>\nIt can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.webwinkelkeur.nl\/kennisbank\/consumenten\/geschil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.webwinkelkeur.nl\/kennisbank\/consumenten\/geschil\/<\/a>. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr<\/a>.
