Usage:
Use amla on your hair Mix amla powder with warm water to form a paste with the consistency of yoghurt. Leave it to stand for 30 minutes. If you want, you can mix amla with other conditioning herbs, oils or henna. Apply the Amla paste to your hair in the same way as henna. The benefits for your skin: Amla powder has antioxidant, antibacterial and astringent properties. It is a very good exfoliating, toning facial scrub or face mask. The very high content of vitamin C in amla powder helps break down dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling smooth, toned and healthy.For hair: Mix amla powder with warm water to form a smooth paste. Apply to damp hair and scalp, leave on for 15-30 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For skin: Mix the powder with water or rose water to form a paste. Apply to face, leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
